To receive free business counseling please complete a "Request for Counseling" form. The purpose of this form is to capture information about the type of business you're in or wish to start and how to contact you.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING:
When you click on the REQUEST FOR FREE BUSINESS COUNSELING link below, you will be taken to a new browser window which will look as shown in the example below....

This form is managed for us by the National SCORE organization in Washington. To return to the SCORE Cincinnati website, you can just exit the new window after submitting your information.
Click on the words "Register Here" which is circled in the example window at the left. This will take you directly to the counseling request form.

An e-mail address is required in the form. If you do not want to provide us with an e-mail address or don't have one, then enter na@na.com as your e-mail address.
